This is the most amazing diet I have come across, which works. It is your own diet, exactly what you eat now, with a little change in portions and timings.
What exactly does this new diet do? It takes your existing diet, reduces the portions if you are aiming at losing weight and also examines your meal time, making a few corrections here and there and it is done. No giving up on cheese-filled burgers or those chicken sandwiches you love. You can have them all, just being sensitive to the time you eat them.
This diet proposes that you eat smaller portions of what you have been eating, at a higher frequency. It is well known that if you stay without food for longer periods, you hunger level is so high by the time you grab some food, that you tend to eat fast and therefore overeat. Are you sure you know everything there is to know about slimming down? Well, there might be a few crazy weight loss tricks and facts that you have never heard of:
- Wine is less fattening than mineral water: Women who like to relax after work by drinking a glass of wine, have another reason to keep doing it: according to a new study, a glass of wine is even less fattening than mineral water. Also, the moderate drinkers of the female population have a reduced risk for obesity compared to women who abstain from alcohol. In fact, scientists have found that women who drink red wine are likely to gain less fat than those who stick to mineral water. These findings emerged from a study in a sample of 19,000 women and contradict the advice given by most nutritionists to abstain from alcohol, if you want to lose weight. The scientists who carried out the study (which was published at the Archives of Internal Medicine journal) say that calories that derive from alcohol have a smaller effect on weight compared to the calories derived from other foods.
